Dillo Chili Lime Seasoning
Dillo Chili Lime Seasoning. It’s spicy but not too hot, and tangy but not too puckery. Rather than a finely ground powder that mixes right in to recipes, its somewhat coarse grind delivers just a bit of texture, allowing it to stand out as a condiment. We’ve tasted commercial versions of this blend that are significantly more salty – we think ours delivers more Chile Lime flavor with less salt. Though salt is the third ingredient. Try it on just about anything. Our favors are Beef, Chicken, Shrimp, Corn, Mango and Watermelon.
