Dillo® Shipping and Return Policies

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS – NO MINIMUMS REQUIRED!

  • Process and Handling Times: 1 business day
  • Transit Times: 2-7 business days

Returns

  • Due to food safety regulations and quality control standards, all food and consumable purchases are final and non-returnable. This ensures that every product you buy from us is fresh, safe, and untampered with.
  • Gift cards that are unused can be refunded within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Lost/Damaged Shipment

If you encounter a shipment that has been lost or damaged by the shipping carrier, you must first contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.

The shipping carrier resumes all responsibility for your package(s) upon receiving them. We are unable to refund or replace any lost or damaged products once the shipping carrier takes possession of the package(s).

Federal Express (FedEx)

Option 1: File by Mail using the Physical Form (No Account Needed)

You can completely avoid the online portal by filling out FedEx’s hardcopy claim documentation manually.

  1. Download the Document: Print the official FedEx Claim Form PDF.
  2. Fill out the Details: Manually enter your tracking number, shipment date, sender/recipient addresses, and the dollar value being claimed.
  3. Attach Paper Proof: Include printouts of your supporting documents (like your retail invoice, receipt, or photos of the damage).
  4. Mail the Packet: Send the completed form and evidence directly to their cargo claims department:
    FedEx Cargo Claims Dept.
    P.O. Box 26628
    Salt Lake City, UT 84126

Option 2: Initiate the Process by Phone

If you do not want to wait for mail delivery, you can call their customer service line directly to report the issue.

  • Call: 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339).
  • What to tell them: Inform the automated system or the representative that you need to file a cargo claim as a non-account holder. They can initiate a support ticket or walk you through alternate submission methods.

Option 3: Create a Free “User ID” (Without an Account Number)

If you prefer the speed of the digital portal but don’t want a formal, billing-linked shipping account, you can create a free basic FedEx User ID. This only requires an email address and password, avoids attaching credit cards or business information, and gives you instant access to the online claims tool.
