Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders from our seasoning category are shipped FREE of charge. At our discretion, we may choose to use a different carrier and service based on order quantity, weight and dimensions. This is done simply to reduce overhead costs and allows us to keep seasoning shipping free to you.

All other categories are shipped on a flat rate price bases. The flat rate depends on the item and any seasonal price increases from the shipping carrier. You can see the flat rates in your cart and during the checkout process.

  • Seasoning Category Process and Handling Times: 1-2 days
  • Seasoning Category Transit Times: 2-7 days
  • All Other Categories Process and Handling Times: 3-5 days
  • All Other Categories Transit Times: 5-10 days

Returns

  • Seasoning Category
    Returns of “open box” items are not accepted. Open box is defined as “opened shipping package“.
  • All Other Categories
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date. You must Contact Us for an RMA# prior to returning items. The RMA# must be included on your shipping label and written on the packaging. Any items received that do not have an RMA# visible on the outside of the package may be refused and returned to sender.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the shipment is received damaged. If received damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a damage claim. USPS or UPS
  • Gift cards that are unused can be refunded within 30 days of the date of purchase.
