Dillo® Dust Chili Lime seasoning. It’s spicy but not hot, and tangy but not too puckery. Rather than a finely ground powder that mixes right in to recipes, its somewhat coarse grind delivers just a bit of texture, allowing it to stand out as a condiment. We’ve tasted commercial versions of this blend that are significantly more salty – we think ours delivers more Chile Lime flavor with less salt. Though salt is the third ingredient. Try it on just about anything. Our favorites are Fajitas: Beef, Chicken or Shrimp. Corn, Mango and Watermelon.
